Workshop Registration and Payments

Registration Process

To register for our workshops, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Payment Terms

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. Payment must be completed at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the workshop start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive credit toward future workshops. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Phono Archives Trajfbi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Workshop materials, recipes, and teaching content are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon our intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share workshop materials without authorization

Health and Safety

Participants in our workshops acknowledge that cooking involves potential risks including but not limited to cuts, burns, and allergic reactions. By participating, you assume all risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

While we make efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, participants are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary concerns before registration. We cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phono Archives Trajfbi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Phono Archives Trajfbi and its licensees from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
